1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the NextRoleplay Minecraft server, website, Discord, and any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Code of Conduct

All players must adhere to the official NextRoleplay rules. We strive to provide a safe, immersive, and enjoyable roleplay environment for everyone.

  • Treat all players and staff members with respect.
  • Do not use cheats, exploits, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Keep all roleplay interactions within the boundaries of our community guidelines.
  • Do not engage in harassment, hate speech, or inappropriate behavior.

3. Purchases and Donations

Any purchases made on our official store are final. By making a purchase or donation, you acknowledge that:

  • You are over 18 years of age, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
  • NextRoleplay offers digital, intangible goods that cannot be physically returned.
  • No Refunds: Any attempt to chargeback or dispute a payment will result in an immediate and permanent ban from all our Services.
  • Purchases do not exempt you from the server rules. If you are banned for rule violations, you will lose access to the server and any associated perks without compensation.

4. Account Moderation and Termination

The NextRoleplay staff team reserves the right to mute, kick, suspend, or ban any account that violates our rules or disrupts the community. We also reserve the right to modify or terminate the Services at any time, for any reason, without notice.

5. User-Generated Content

By building, writing, or creating content on NextRoleplay, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content within our Services (e.g., sharing screenshots of your builds on our social media).

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Services after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
