Server Rules
All the rules and guidelines to play correctly on NextRoleplay.
General Rules
NextRoleplay cares about the community and therefore here are listed the guidelines for a fair gameplay in the server.
Foul Language
Out of Character (OOC), the use of any form of profanity, blasphemy, or inappropriate content is strictly prohibited. In Character (IC), foul language is permitted exclusively when it is necessary to accurately portray your character in a roleplay scenario. However, IC profanity must be kept within reasonable, decent limits, and must never be excessive or used as a veil to genuinely insult another player.
Inappropriate Behavior
No form of discrimination, racism, or promotion of inappropriate ideologies will be tolerated, whether In-Character or Out-of-Character. Respect for the actual person behind the screen is the fundamental rule for coexistence within all server platforms.
Provocation / Flaming
Any form of serious Out-of-Character (OOC) insult, provocation, or flaming—including prolonged debates intentionally designed to incite hostility—is strictly prohibited. Any conflict must remain strictly In-Character (IC) and must not bleed into OOC interactions.
Cyberbullying
The execution of any prolonged act stemming from rule 0.3 with the intent to harass and/or persecute one or more individuals behind the screen is strictly prohibited.
Staff Impersonation
Impersonating a Staff member, falsely claiming to be part of the team, or performing actions unsuited to your role is prohibited. However, providing genuine assistance to players in need is always appreciated.
Privacy Violation
Violating the privacy of others (without their explicit consent) is prohibited. NextRoleplay will never ask users for personal information, nor will it disclose such information to third parties.
Terms of Service (ToS) Acceptance
Please remember that upon entering the server, you automatically accept the company's Terms of Service. We strongly advise you to read them to avoid unwanted penalties.
Accounts
Each user is solely responsible for their account. Any issues caused by the user (such as sharing credentials with third parties) will not be the responsibility of the staff. The staff will never ask for your password. Possessing more than one account per network IP address is not permitted, except in cases of properly declared kinship. Furthermore, bypassing penalties on one account by using another is strictly forbidden.
Rule Violations
Any violation of these rules may result in penalties, including the temporary or permanent revocation of access to, or use of, NextRoleplay-related platforms. To request an appeal for a penalty, you must exclusively contact the staff member who issued it using the designated section. Following a penalty, a user may have material progress obtained in-game or purchased (such as lots, jobs, items, etc.) removed, out of necessity and after careful evaluation. VIP package perks, such as rank, priority queue, or pets, will remain unchanged.
Further Evaluations
Should a user break the rules OOC to avoid the consequences of an ongoing IC action, the staff will evaluate the dynamics and the situation to determine how to proceed with the interrupted action. This continuation may be based on a worst-case scenario detrimental to the offending user.
Discretion
The Staff reserves the right to act at their own discretion to resolve any situations and issues that may arise.
